Me and my friend are two students at Goldsmiths. We are both female and are 19 and 22. We a great room in an amazing house in Bermondsey we just need to find someone great to fill it. We want to live in a social house. We want to have a house where friends can come over for drinks. We are not party animals but do enjoy socialising and want our housemate to become our friend. Cleanliness is also extremely important to us. Ideally the housemate would be a student for council tax purposes but if you're ok with paying that yourself then still get in touch. The room is also right next to Southwark Park and easy to get to Canada Water, Bermondsey and Surrey Quays stations.
