I am a phlebotomist currently working in a private clinic in the heart of London and my son who is 25 works in the fashion/design/film industry. We are not party animals and respect each other's privacy. We are looking to let out a double room, with own bathroom, sharing kitchen and sitting room. We live mainly on the top floor and both work during the day. We have a deck leading out from the sitting room and are literally a stone's throw from Queens's Park underground/overground station. You would be expected to be clean in all areas and respectful of each other. No wild parties but absolutely nothing against entertaining your friends. The rent is £850 plus gas and electric bills.
