The house is a 10 minute walk from tesco and close to the hospital & manor park campus. Available to move in from July 21st. The house has a lovely cosy kitchen/louge area with a television and shared utilities including a washer/dryer, 2 fridges & 2 freezers. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets and on street parking is available. Landlord is very helpful, polite & quick to respond to any queries or questions :)
