About Matthew

As a bit of background into me, I’m a 23 year old chap from Northern Ireland, but I’ve lived in south London (West Norwood, if you have heard of it) for the past 2 years! I’m looking to live somewhere a bit cooler than west norwood, preferably with a tube stop! I currently work as a Customer Success Exec in a recruitment tech startup - one of those stereotypical London type jobs! I’m also a huge Marvel fan and I’ve recently gotten into cycling, baking/cooking (I make a mean brownie), houseplants (really nerdy, I know) & running here & there. I’m not looking for a party house, however, I’m always up a drink or dinner with everyone in the house! On to the boring stuff, my budget is around £700pm excluding bills and I’d preferably like to move in at the middle/end of Aug, but I can be flexible on that if required.
