Cooking; mainly Italian, some French (but how it tastes is far more important than mere presentation) Music – jazz, classical, blues and rock & roll (Beethoven to Led Zeppelin) Opera, Ballet and Art. Specialized in polymer R&D for both the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) most of my career has been US based, working in world-class labs (Los Alamos, NASA, Oak Ridge et al) which has also entailed travel to Asia, Australasia, Middle East and South America
