The property is a short walk from Nine Elms tube station (less than 10 minute walk), with Stockwell and Battersea Power Station tube stations also nearby (10-15 minute walk).
This room is available from 1st February but an earlier move in date can be agreed. The new tenant will be taking over an existing contract which ends on 2nd September 2025.
The new tenant will be sharing the property with one other female who is 26 years old and very easy going. The remaining tenant would like a female housemate of similar age. The property has one bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living room area with balcony access also from the living room. The balcony is large enough to put a table and chairs on it which are already at the property but currently stored away for winter.
