Room by new cross station £770 bills inc, £770/month per room Property reference "#0126256"

Hi,

We are looking for a friendly flatmate. Sadly our lovely flatmate Clara is moving back to Spain after being with us for 18 months.

We like to share a meal, movie and beer together but also have our own social lives. It is a really nice flat and is very relaxed. We are pretty relaxed about most things but keep the place tidy and respect the living space.

We both work different shift patterns but get the chance to hang out together a couple of times a week. We usually do a pub quiz on a Tuesday if you like that sort of thing. We enjoy the music, netflix, restaurants, beer/wine, rugby, bla bla bla..... etc

The room has a double bed a large set of drawers and side drawer to the bed. The rest of the flat is fully furnished as you can see from the pictures. The room is £770 a month with bills included.

There is a large shared garden which also has a shed for bike storage.

We are situated 5/10 minute walk in between New Cross and New Cross Gate station. There is a large Sainsburys beside New cross Gate station and a Lidl 10 minutes walk towards Surrey Quays.

We would be looking for someone to move in on the the 17th of Jan 2025.
