Join our friendly, eclectic, house share in our large house in the heart of Shepherds Bush. The house is a wonderful old classic building in excellent condition.

We have created a friendly, easy-going, communicative environment - and looking for like-minded people for the remaining rooms available. They are two large, light, rooms in a wonderful, massive, unique house located on a quiet tree-lined street near all the wonderful shops and cafes and the market in Shepherds Bush.

One bedroom is massive (about 2-3X the size of most doubles) , fully furnished (with double bed, wardrobe/ clothes shelf, side table, desk and chair) and has a gorgeous view with a large bay window.

The other bedroom is also a fully furnished large double with a great view of our massive garden and kitchenette.

The house is a traditional large three-story building featuring:

- large roomy reception room/ lounge. A comfortable relaxing space with high definition cable TV, a library of books, comfortable sofas and easy chairs. A great place to lounge, socialise or hang out with your laptop and use the wi-fi.

- kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals and lots of storage and fridge space (two refrigerators), washer/ dryer, cooker, etc.

- Massive garden with outside furniture, BBQ, fountain and a koi fish pond.

-4 bathrooms/ toilets.



- most amenities you'd expect: high speed WI-FI, washing machine, premium cable TV, and more. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week so that the common areas are clean.

it is unique in that, unlike most similar properties have been converted into many tiny flats or bedsits over the years, this one hasn't. it is an old, original, large house with many of the original features, such as fireplaces, and large ceilings.

The housemates are a friendly interesting mix of creatives and businesses, including a filmmaker/ writer, producer, personal development leader, film producer, ex journalist, artist, and business person with many interests including personal development (many are graduates of the Landmark Forum), film, music, cooking, and others.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Shepherds Bush and its excellent transport and amenities. We’re aprox 10 minutes from the Shepherds Bush Market underground, a few minutes walk to several bus routes that stop on our corner, and 15 minutes walk to the overground and underground Shepherds Bush Station.

We're also minutes away from the many cafes, restaurants, shops, cinemas, pubs and supermarkets, as well as ten minutes walk to Westfield (now the largest shopping mall in Europe), and 15 minute walk to BBC Television Centre in White City.

And... You will NOT dealing with a letting agent.

All the bills are £95 a month.

The larger (massive) room is £875 a month and the large room w/ kitchenette is £775 a month.
