I'm subletting my room in Gants Hill (7 minutes away from Gants Hill tube station – Central line) for 3 months from May 7th. The move out date is negotiable, for those interested since August there will be another room in the flat available for the long term contract.
The flat is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. The flatmates are two amazing arty girls, Anna (illustrator) and Kate (photographer). We have a big private garden to chill, have tea and barbecue and bathe in the sun.
The place is very quiet, peacefull and chill, the room itself is also very sunny and cosy. We're looking for someone likeminded who would potentially like to stay for a long time.
